- I have been busy collating my personal collection of paintings ready to have a massive celebration by having over a hundred paintings for sale. I have managed to create some pretty amazing paintings over the past 10 years with the intention to have sell them all at once. If you would like to buy a piece of my original art, please be sure to sign up to my mailing list to be kept informed. If you have a favourite painting let me know so I can keep it aside for you and sell it to you on opening night!

In July 2011 I received an email saying "Congratulations, you are one of 66 artists (making 33 pairs) selected to take part in Metonymy this year!" I was partnered up with Emma Ferry a writer from Karitane Beach who is a wonderful soul, and the next 2 months I focused all my creative energy into painting a series of paintings called View of a Gum Tree 1-9.
- November 2010 was 'Art Every Day Month' which gave me a reason to post in my blog every day, which was an awesome experience. I found motivation to start taking a photo everyday in 2011. I plan on having an exhibition of these photos and call it "A Slice of Life" in 2012 where alongside limited editions of these photographs you will also be able to purchase signed editions of my photo every day coffee table book.

At the beginning of 2011 I hosted an art-marketing program with four other NZ artists, which is based on the book 'I'd Rather Be in the Studio' by Alyson Stanfield. We had a wonderful time doing the exercises which have lead you to lots of fantastic opportunities.

I also have a Creative Cluster group which is now ready to rock n roll. This group has a variety of people from many different areas in the arts. Sessions will be held over 12 weeks and are based on the book 'The Artist Way' by Julia Cameron.

And the best news for last we have another addition to our family 'Jackson' who was born at the end of Jan 2012. He is an awesome little man who brings as much happiness and delight as our beautiful Maddy does. Family life is good!
